C02) COMPETENCY CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

The outcome is to produce Competency Standard content and curriculum format.criterion-based in accordance within industries, cross-sectors and companies requirement.
C03) COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT DEVELOPMENT
The outcome is to ensure that assessment tools developed are valid, reliable and sufficient and the assessment of trainees are conducted and administered effectively and efficiently according to CBT assessment principles., plans, methods and tools set by the institution or industry. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainee will be able to.
C04) TEACHING AND LEARNING MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT

The outcome is to produce a complete set of Written instructional Materials and Lesson Plans, which are in line with the Course of Study requirements, user-friendly, neat and in the required format.
C05) CO-CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION

The outcome is to ensure that all planned and co-curriculum activities are executed and report in accordance with job specification requirement and standard operating produce.
C06) TRAINING FACILITIES SAFETY AND SECURITY ADMINISTRATION

The outcome is to maintain training facilities requirement are updated, meets to training activities, safe environments and follow legalist compliance procedure in accordance within industries, cross-sectors and companies standard requirement.
C07) INSTRUCTIONAL DELIVERY

The outcome to ensure CBT lesson or topic plan in sequence with given time, delivery content in hotlistic, training material are meaningful, multi-sensory are developed, efficiency of CBT program measure and training improvement proposal according to training manuals and policies
